Like so many of us, Jean Arnold associates popcorn with childhood, family and fun. She paired that fondness with her culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu to come up with exotic flavors that take popcorn out of the movie theater and into the world of gourmet treats. Each popcorn batch is made by hand in a large copper kettle.
